At Better Movement Studio, we offer 7 hour-long sessions throughout the day, every day.

Each session lasts for 60 minutes and includes a warm-up, light stretching, followed by a session with a fully trained coach who will guide you on your journey to better balance, greater strength, mobility, and independence.
